It can also achieve live replacement of lightning arresters, that is, replace damaged lightning arresters when the system is constantly powered on, improving the efficiency of power line maintenance and repair.


Drop type lightning arrester is a clever installation of oxide lightning arrester on the drop type mechanism of drop type fuse, which can easily detect, repair, and replace the lightning arrester with the help of insulation switch control rod under continuous power supply. This not only ensures the smoothness of the line, but also greatly reduces the workload and time of power maintenance personnel. The drop type lightning arrester has added a disconnector. In the event of abnormal faults in the lightning arrester, the power frequency short-circuit current is used to make the disconnector work, causing the grounding terminal of the disconnector to automatically disconnect. The lightning arrester components fall off and exit operation to prevent further accidents from expanding, and it is easy for maintenance personnel to detect and replace them in a timely manner. Its flipping principle is similar to that of a fuse, which causes the fuse tube to flip over due to the melting of the fuse.
