二次微机消谐.jpg

The ZW-WX series intelligent harmonic elimination device is a newly developed and produced intelligent harmonic elimination device by our company for neutral ungrounded or resistance arc suppression coil grounded systems with voltage levels of 3kV, 6kV, 10kV, 35kV, 66kV and below. Due to the frequent occurrence of voltage transformer (PT) burnout or even explosion caused by ferromagnetic resonance. This device uses the 80C196 microcontroller as the core component for detection and control, adopts high-power, contactless components for harmonic elimination, uses LCD, signal indicator lights, and micro printers as human-machine interfaces, and is equipped with the most advanced intelligent software, making the operation simpler, more intuitive, and more accurate.

This device can monitor and display the voltage components of PT open delta voltage at four frequencies: 17Hz, 25Hz, 50Hz, and 150Hz in real time. When a fault occurs, it can quickly start and distinguish overvoltage, ferromagnetic resonance, and single-phase grounding, providing corresponding alarm signals; If it is a resonance fault, the harmonic elimination device can be quickly activated for harmonic elimination; And equipped with communication interfaces to transmit fault information to relevant departments, achieving remote control.

2、 Working principle

This device uses an 80C196 single-chip microcomputer as the core to perform cyclic detection on the PT open delta voltage (i.e. zero sequence voltage). Under normal working conditions, the voltage is below 30V, and the high-power harmonic elimination components in the device are in a blocking state, without any impact on the system. When the PT open delta voltage is greater than 30V, it indicates a fault in the system. This device collects data on the open delta voltage of the voltage transformer, analyzes the data, and determines the current fault status; If it is a certain frequency of ferromagnetic resonance, quickly start the harmonic elimination circuit to eliminate it. If it is overvoltage or grounding, the device will give corresponding alarm signals. For various faults, the device can provide alarm signals and display, print, and automatically record and store relevant fault information, and report it to the upper computer.
